Where is the studio?

Unit 1, The Malthouse, Regent Street, Llangollen, LL20 8HS. Ground floor, through the wooden doors, first unit on the left with dog photos on the door.

The Malthouse is directly opposite the Co-Op on the A5. The building is pale pink and has lots of different signs on the wall - The very top sign is IsoElegant Pet Photography. You're in the right place.





Is there parking?

As of April 2024, The Malthouse car park will not be available to customers staying for longer than 40 minutes. The closest viable car park is Regent Street Car Park, LL20 8HW. It is 100 metres away from the studio along the same stretch of road.

If you are at the studio to collect an order and will be less than 40 minutes, parking will be free.



How many dogs are allowed in the studio at one time?

Depending on the size of your dogs, we can safely allow up to 3 adult dogs in the studio at the same time. Litters of puppies are also dependent on size, it is best to message IsoElegant directly and double check.





My dog is reactive to other dogs, will there be any dogs in the same area?

The photography studio is reserved for your dog, no other dogs will be sharing the studio space with them. There is a waiting area and corridor where some dogs may be waiting their turn for their photoshoot; this is the only time your dog may experience the presence of another dog. All precautions will be taken to ensure their safety and wellbeing.



I need to collect an order, when can I come?

Collection times are Wednesday - Sunday 12pm - 4pm. In case a photoshoot is taking place at the time of your arrival, please wait until the session is complete (usually on the hour).



Do you photograph cats?

Yes, individual cats and groups of cats can be photographed in the safety of the studio. If you would like a home visit photoshoot to better suit them in their own environment, this can also be arranged.





What should I bring to the photoshoot?

For your dog; their own treats if they have any special dietary requirements. Any of their own play ropes, balls, cuddly soft toys. If they're especially nervous in new places, their own blanket can be a comfort to them. Otherwise, some snacks, treats and toys can be provided at the studio.

Props, bow ties, items relative to your dog are always encouraged to tell a more personal story.





How long is the session?

A studio photoshoot is up to one hour. This allows time for your dog to get comfortable with the space, the camera and myself.

An outdoor photoshoot experience is up to an hour and a half. It is done in any environment you choose.



Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes, they are presented in a white ribboned gift box. It comes with a leaflet about the studio photoshoot experience they'll get, a 7" x 5" print from their shoot and a keyring. They are £35 and can be posted to you.





Can I order prints?

Yes, prints come in 6" x 4", 7" x 5" and 10" x 8" sizes. You may also order bespoke sizes on the larger scale. Canvases, frames and digital images can also be ordered.



How long do you keep my photos?

4 weeks from your the date of your photoshoot. We try to save them on file for four weeks after your photoshoot; should you want to adjust or add to your order, you have a window of one month to do so.
